Factories may be humming, investment may be flowing, but the global chessboard is shifting. As the U.S. pulls back, others are moving on — striking deals, shaking hands, and rewriting the rules of global trade without waiting for our input. The risk isn’t decline. The risk is irrelevance. Charlie asserts that this is what happens when dominance is assumed — and the world decides it has other options.
