With its rugged Rocky Mountain beauty, the setting offered a serene escape for this restorative three-day event. The retreat seamlessly blended relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving participants feeling deeply connected to their holistic well-being and each other. 

Attendees stayed at The Little Nell, Aspen’s beautiful five-star, five-diamond hotel, known for its exceptional service and comfort. The weekend’s activities included programs designed to enhance vitality, sharpen mental clarity, and nourish the soul. Outdoor adventures were thoughtfully designed for all fitness levels and included mountain biking and hiking on Aspen’s picturesque trails. 

The retreat featured an impressive lineup of experts, including Dr. Mike Stone, Chief Medical Officer at WildHealth, who spoke about longevity and cognitive function; Ryan Kennedy, a functional medicine practitioner, who discussed optimizing body and brain performance. The Buck Institute’s, President &CEO, Eric Verdin, discussed the impact of metabolism and diet on aging. Remy Gross, Vice President of the Buck Institute, discussed the role of biopharmaceutical startups, and Eric Edmeades, creator of WILDFIT, captivated the audience with insights on health and behavioral transformation.
