As the Member Services Manager at R360, I lead the onboarding process for all new members, helping them get acclimated and ensuring they maximize their experience from the start.
I oversee all member benefits and work closely on key programming, including the Health, Wellness & Longevity Circle, Women’s Circle, and 1:1 Member Connect.
I also manage the membership renewal process to ensure ongoing engagement and value.
