In her own words, what she does in R360? As the Member Services Manager,I oversee each Members 3 Year Journey, beginning when they are approved by the Membership Committee, through onboarding, and period check-ins to help them accomplish their goals and commitments, while ensuring that R360 has the greatest impact on them and their families.
Her expertise - I have over 15years of experience in working with private clubs and membership groups. I love creating the ultimate member experience through unique and out of the box ideas.
A little bit about her - I am a New England native living in Greenville, South Carolina, with my husband and 2 small children. I love all things yoga, running, coffee, and outdoors.
