The Loss of All Things
Book
Description:
A collection of stories. The stories all focus on different kinds of loss, loss of a spouse, a child, etc. While every story is sad, they really showed me how similar all of us are. I was able to relate so much to many of the stories and the way that they thought about grief and how they were feeling. During grief it is so easy to feel alone, but I feel like this book shows how similar all our experiences with grief can be. Even if the circumstances are entirely different our emotions are so similar at a time like that. (Wellness Challenge Recommendation)
