Member Relations Manager
Currently, you will find me working on all things Circles. From start to finish, I play a role in first defining the purpose of the Circle, and then, setting up its constituents to succeed. I look to utilize members and the conversations we have to identify gaps in membership and work with colleagues to fill those gaps in creative ways.
I lead with curiosity, and my two subsequent values are resilience and entrepreneurial grit. I like to live by a code and here is are the working chapter titles of my memoir:
1. Know when to leave.
2. Never feed the cat
3. Thoughts, words, and actions align.
4. Choose carefully who you share energy with
5. Ask yourself these questions: Does this person inspire me?, Can I add value to their life? Can they teach me something?
6. Gratitude is attitude.
7. Short term satisfaction vs. long-term pleasure
8. Comparison is the thief of joy.
9. Joy in suffering
10. Journey not the destination
11. Hope is not a business plan.
12. Book refundable flights.
13. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
14. Because good is the enemy of great
15. Goals worth writing down are impossible.
16. Expect Nothing
